About the Role:
Udayan Care is looking for a dynamic IT Centre Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of its IT Centre in Nangloi. The role involves centre administration, student mobilization, placements, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth functioning and overall management of the IT Centre
- Manage staff, center discipline, procurement, cash handling, and documentation
- Maintain reports, ERP records, and coordinate donor visits
- Mobilize students and achieve enrollment targets through outreach activities
- Build employer networks and support student placements
- Monitor staff performance and student training progress
- Organize workshops, co-curricular activities, and community engagement events

Eligibility:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, centre management, or placements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)




- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel and work closely with underserved communities
