- Cedar’s independent Venture Capital fund, announced in 2023, will leverage the strong knowledge and intelligence backbone of Cedar-IBSi’s 30+ year track record in global financial services and technology research and consulting. The $30-50 million fund will build a portfolio of 15-20 companies with a strong focus on the BankTech and B2B FinTech space, hoping to create value for founders in multiple strategic areas beyond the capital.-
Key Responsibilities:
- Branding & Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve Cedar’s brand identity, ensuring consistent design language across all channels.
- Digital & Web Assets: Design website and campaign visuals,



including responsive and interactive formats, in collaboration with content and web teams.
- Event & Presentation Materials: Develop visually engaging presentations, event backdrops, signage, and digital displays.
- Creative Direction: Conceptualize recent design ideas and visual themes aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Design Tools & Systems: Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-assisted tools like Canva Pro, Midjourney, Runway, and DALL-E to accelerate creative output.
- Video & Motion Graphics: Edit short videos, reels, and animations using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with production vendors to ensure accurate execution of print and event designs.
- Project & Workflow Management:Handle multiple design requests efficiently and deliver on time

Qualifications and Relevant Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
