About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Assistant Manager / Key Account Manager (AM/KAM) to manage enterprise accounts, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure seamless operational execution. The role requires building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, resolving operational challenges, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional stakeholder experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Understand client objectives, business requirements, and operational challenges.




- Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between enterprise clients, external stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Maintain regular communication and provide timely updates on projects and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Maintain records of discussions, commitments, and action items.

Account Growth & Business Development
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
- Support revenue growth initiatives across existing accounts.
- Participate in commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop account growth strategies.

Operations & Project Management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
