CBG Projects Business Head

About the Role We are looking for a senior leader to head our Bio-CBG (Compressed Biogas) business vertical. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business development, project acquisition, investor relations, and revenue growth in the CBG sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development strategy for Bio-CBG projects across India.
- Identify, develop, and close large-scale Bio-CBG project opportunities.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with investors, developers, and government bodies.
- Oversee government liaison activities, policy compliance, and regulatory interactions.
- Participate in tenders, RFPs, and project bids for CBG and renewable energy projects.
- Develop annual business plans, revenue targets, and growth strategies.




- Lead and mentor a sales and BD team to achieve company objectives.
- Maintain key client and investor relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

Requirements:
- B.E. / M.Tech / MBA in relevant discipline.
- 10-12 years of experience in business development in renewable energy / CBG / biogas sector.
- Strong network with investors, government bodies, and industry stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading business units and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
