The Production Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating,



and monitoring day-to-day production activities in a chemical manufacturing facility specializing in paint driers. The role ensures that production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality, environmental, and regulatory standards. This position works closely with Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, and EHS teams to maintain smooth plant operations, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily production plans for paint driers and related chemical products as per batch schedules and production targets.
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with stores and procurement to avoid production interruptions.
- Supervise batch processing, mixing, reaction, filtration, filling, and packing operations as per approved procedures.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, process parameters, and batch manufacturing records.
