About Atlaren

Atlaren is a structural engineering consultancy delivering analysis, design, and documentation support for projects across the globe. Our work spans residential and small-to-mid-scale commercial buildings - new builds and modifications to existing structures.

We are building a lean, high-quality engineering team in India. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. If you want to stamp drawings without understanding them, this isn’t the right place.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Structural analysis and design for residential and commercial buildings
- Preparing and reviewing calculations - steel and concrete structures
- Developing structural models (ETABS / STAAD)
- AutoCAD drafting, Revit markups, and drawing coordination




- Coordinating with the founder and technical reviewer to deliver quality outputs on time

What We’re Looking For

Must Have
- 1-3 years of experience in structural engineering
- Solid fundamentals in structural analysis and design (steel and concrete)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks
- Strong attention to detail - mistakes in this work have real consequences

Positive to Have
- Experience with ETABS, STAAD, or similar analysis software
- AutoCAD and Revit experience
- Exposure to shop drawing review workflows
- Awareness of IS codes (not mandatory - we’ll support your learning)
