About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Patterns LLC. If you’re passionate about sales, enjoy communicating with international clients and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and coordination.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions that align with our services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress reports.

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Passion for sales, client communication, and business growth.
- Comfortable working in the night shift (7:30 PM - 5:00 AM IST).




- Prior experience in international sales or B2B business development is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a target-oriented mindset.
