Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
- Track expenses and assist with basic administrative and financial tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external partners.
- Assist with event planning, business visits, and special projects.
- Anticipate needs and provide proactive support to senior management.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or a related field preferred.
