About the Role

This role is ideal for professionals with a robust taxation background who are interested in technology-driven solutions and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting
- Participate in pre-sales discussions and client requirement gathering.
- Understand customer business processes and identify suitable product solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for taxation and compliance software products.
- Explain product features, functionalities, and business benefits to prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and solution documents.

Sales & Stakeholder Support
- Support the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and product evaluations.
- Address functional queries related to taxation, compliance processes, and product capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively communicated.





Product & Process Improvement
- Coordinate between product, technical, and sales teams for smooth implementation of client requirements.
- Provide functional insights and user feedback to product teams for product enhancements.
- Stay updated on changes in Indian taxation laws and compliance requirements to support product positioning and improvements.

Client Engagement
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, industry events, and client meetings as required.
- Travel within and outside Nagpur for business meetings and product demonstrations (2-3 times per month).

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
- CA Inter Qualified (mandatory)

Experience
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Taxation, Compliance, Pre-Sales, Product Management, Product Support, or a similar role.
