Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
- Develop conceptual designs, schematic drawings, and detailed design packages
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
- Prepare and review drawings, presentations, and design documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and authority approvals
- Manage client communication and design presentations
- Supervise and guide junior architects and design teams
- Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation aligns with project intent
- Resolve technical and design issues during project execution
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
