Urgent Hiring | Site Incharge - Coke Oven Maintenance (Steel Industry)
Location: Dolvi, Pen
We are looking for an experienced Site In-Charge to manage maintenance operations of Coke Oven plant equipment and infrastructure in the steel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of ~100 workers (riggers, welders, Farana & FL operators)
- Oversee maintenance activities and heavy equipment handling
- Ensure safety, statutory compliance, and KPI adherence
- Maintain strong coordination with the plant team
- Requirements:
- 5-9 years of maintenance experience in the steel industry
- Coke Oven experience preferred
- Robust leadership and technical knowledge of heavy equipment
Immediate/urgent joiners preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
