Timings: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Key Responsibilities_
- Identify and generate potential leads through calls, social media, references, and_
- online platforms_
- Assist the sales team in client follow-ups and relationship management_
- Conduct market research on property trends, competitors, and customer preferences_
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records_
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and property presentations for clients_
- Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials_
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and documentation_
- Help organize promotional events, campaigns, and networking activities_
- Provide regular reports on lead generation and sales activities_
- Requirements_
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real_
- Estate, or related field_
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills_




- Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts_
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)_
- Good negotiation and presentation skills_
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn_
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment_
- Preferred Skills_
- Knowledge of real estate market trends
- Experience with CRM tools or digital marketing platforms
- Strong networking abilities
- Fluency in English and local language(s)
