Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Positive communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to work independently and lead client interactions.
- Own vehicle preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
