Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, founders, CXOs, and key stakeholders.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and discovery calls to proposal submission and deal closure.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to create tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, project estimates, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships to expand business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT Services Sales, Software Sales, or Digital Solutions Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create proposals, estimations, and client presentations.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
