Skills and Competencies
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a technology, compliance, or operations support role, preferably within a financial services or regulated setting
- Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI),Microsoft Copilot Studio preferred
- Basic understanding of SQL, ETL concepts, or scripting languages such as Python or R is a plus




- Collaborative team player with effective written and verbal communication skills & willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, technology-driven compliance workplace
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
- Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required
