Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on 5G network concepts and telecom project supervision.
- Explain project planning, site coordination, material handling, and reporting.
- Conduct practical demonstrations on site safety and field activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Guide trainees on project documentation, DPR preparation, and daily progress reports.
- Conduct mock interviews and placement readiness sessions.
- Maintain lab equipment and training resources.
- Ensure compliance with SSC/NSDC training guidelines.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of telecom project execution and 5G networks.
- Solid communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to conduct classroom and field-based training.




- Good understanding of project documentation and reporting.
- Basic computer skills and presentation ability.

Trainer Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably Science, Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Telecom - 5G Networks domain.
- Certified Trainer mapped to Qualification Pack MEP/Q2601 v3.0 with minimum 80% aggregate score.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
