E-Commerce Account Executive

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate e-commerce accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.:
- Handle UAE marketplace operationsand ensure compliance with regional platform requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order processing, inventory management, and timely dispatch.
- Monitor and manage order fulfillment, returns, cancellations, and customer service metrics.
- Create, upload, and maintain product listings, including pricing, descriptions, images, and promotional offers.
- Track inventory levels and update stock regularly to prevent overselling.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, deals, and marketplace marketingactivities.
- Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Resolve platform-related issues, escalations, and account health concerns.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop banners, creatives, and promotional content.




- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or online retail operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of UAE e-commerce marketplaceswill be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Positive understanding of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
