Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor at GauNeeti Organics will oversee the seamless operations of our farm and farm store. This role combines inventory management, cash handling, and operational oversight with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. The manager will interact with visitors, share our story, and ensure that the packaging and labeling of our products meet premium quality standards. Leading a team and collaborating with various stakeholders, the manager will uphold GauNeeti’s commitment to ethical and sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
○Maintain accurate records of inventory levels for all products and supplies.





○Ensure timely restocking and manage inventory shrinkage.

○Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with suppliers for replenishments.

2. Cash Handling:
○Oversee daily cash transactions, including sales and petty cash management.

○Ensure proper documentation of all financial activities.

○Prepare daily and monthly financial reports.

3. Operational Management:
○Supervise day-to-day operations at the farm and store, ensuring smooth workflows.

○Manage and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the premises.

○Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.

4. Customer Service and Farm Visits:
○Interact with customers and address their queries and concerns.

○Showcase the farm processes, share the GauNeeti story, and enhance the customer

experience during farm visits.

○Ensure excellent service standards to build customer loyalty and satisfaction.
