Job Description - Test Expert (8+ Years)

We are looking for a QA Test Expert with 8+ years of experiencein manual and automation testing, with strong leadership and individual contributor capabilities. The role involves driving end-to-end quality ownership, including planning, execution, and sign-off.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively contribute as an individual tester through hands-on execution, while providing expert guidance and support to the QA team.
- Define and own test strategy, test planning, and execution:
- Manage test cases, test coverage, and defect lifecycle:
- Provide final QA sign-off with quality metrics and insights

Core Skills
- Strong expertise in manual testing(functional, regression, system testing)
- Hands-on experience in automation framework setup from scratch using Playwright ( or any):




- Valuable experience in API testing (manual & automation):
- Good knowledge of database testing and SQL queries:
- Experience in test case management and tracking tools (JIRA, etc.)

Domain & Additional Skills
- Experience in investment/financial domainpreferred
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business workflows:
- Ability to mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders
