Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through voice support.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Follow process guidelines and company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO/Voice Process is mandatory.
- Relevant experience documents are required.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Language Requirements
- Hindi - Mandatory
- English - Good Communication Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English
Salary Package
- Take Home Salary: ₹17,000 per month
- CTC:
₹21,000 per month
