About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Facility Management

Supervise the overall upkeep and maintenance of office, studio, and production facilities.

Ensure all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and other infrastructure systems are functioning efficiently.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Housekeeping & Hygiene

Manage housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness across all premises.

Monitor hygiene standards in workstations, common areas, washrooms, pantry, and other facilities.

Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies and consumables.

Security & Safety

Supervise security personnel and monitor access control procedures.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire safety regulations.

Conduct regular safety checks and maintain emergency preparedness measures.

Report and address any safety hazards immediately.

Vendor Management





Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, repairs, pest control, and facility-related services.

Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.

Maintain records of contracts, AMC agreements, and service schedules.

Asset & Inventory Management

Track and maintain facility assets, furniture, equipment, and fixtures.

Monitor inventory of office supplies and facility consumables.

Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of required materials.

Administrative Support

Maintain facility-related records, reports, and documentation.

Assist in office space planning, workstation allocation, and infrastructure setup.

Support company events and special projects by ensuring facility readiness.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Facility Management, Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

3-6 years of experience in facility management, administration, or maintena
