Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily packing activities in the plant.
- Ensure proper filling, labeling, sealing, and storage of chemical products as per SOPs.
- Check and maintain quality standards during packing and dispatch.
- Manpower(labors) allocation, material movement, and packing line efficiency.
- Coordinate with production, QA, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain records for packing, material usage, and daily reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms, PPE usage, and housekeeping standards.
- Train and guide packing operators and helpers for best practices.
- Report any discrepancies, material shortages, or quality issues to the Production/QA head.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹29,000.00 per month
