What you’ll be doing:
Understanding business priorities to follow escalation procedures for complex issues, ensuring they are addressed by the appropriate personnel or teams within established expected timelines that meet the department’s SLA.

Incident Management:
a) Maintain incident management process to document, prioritize,



and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests efficiently including communicating with both all Internal and External stakeholders throughout, until resolved.

b) Review service desk tickets as part of the PLM IT Support Team responsible for handling user enquiries and support tickets related to PLM system. With an understanding of working within agreed SLA’s and meeting team targets.

Be a team player, communicating, investigating and solutionising - working as one seamless unit, within the PLM IT Support Team and in turn within the Pentland Digital & Technology Team Department.

Listen & provide Participate and contribute recommendations of solutions or options to any item or question raised and, in turn review available documentation before discussing options with the PLM IT Support Team to best solve the issue.

Requirements Gathering:
a) Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and translating them into actionable IT solutions.
