JOB OPENING - PLACEMENT COORDINATOR

Position: Placement Coordinator
Salary: As per organizational norms + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end placement activities for trainees under JSDMS and other skill development projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers, industries, recruiters, and placement partners.
- Maintain placement records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly placement reports.
- Coordinate with trainers, mobilizers, center management, and employers to achieve placement targets.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working under JSDMS (Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society) projects is mandatory.:
- Thorough understanding of skill development ecosystem and placement processes.

Mandatory Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, Dashboard Preparation).




- Good command over MS Word, report preparation, and official documentation.

- Data Analysis and Reporting.
- Team Coordination and Communication.
- Experience in DDU-GKY, JSDMS, PMKVY, or other Government Skill Development Projects.
- Existing industry and employer network will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently manage placement operations across multiple centres.
