E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Summary

The E-commerce Operations Executive will oversee and manage our online sales channels, including marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, coupon management, invoice printing and distribution, and ensuring the online business runs smoothly and grows steadily.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) and the company’s own website
- Upload and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, stock levels, and pricing
- Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace pricing trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
- Print invoices and ensure order documentation is handled as per company and marketplace requirements
- Create and manage coupons, promo codes, deals, and marketplace promotions such as flash sales, bundle offers, and discount coupons, ensuring timely execution




- Check and reconcile inventory, track stock levels, analyse stock-outs and over-stocks, and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams for replenishment
- Plan, execute, and review promotional activities on marketplace platforms and the website, analysing sales lift and ROI
- Monitor key performance metrics including sales, conversion rates, average order value, return rates, and inventory turnover, and use insights to propose improvements
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, logistics, customer service, warehouse, and finance to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure the company website is updated with accurate product information, pricing, and offers, and coordinate with the web/IT team to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, brand guidelines, and internal SOPs
