DESCRIPTION:
The Transportation Financial Systems (TFS) team is looking for a passionate Senior Program Manager to own the launch and expansion of SecureFlow risk checks that protect Amazon from financial vulnerabilities across the transportation space. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end program to onboard recent ML and AI based risk checks, scale existing ones to additional flows and regions, and partner with leadership across organizations to reduce vulnerabilities causing financial impact to Amazon. You will lead collaboration with the internal TFS technology team, operations, controllership, and finance partners to prioritize and ship risk checks, proactively spot delays, and build targeted mitigation plans. You will leverage metrics, own program reporting, and escalate as required to mitigate risk across Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Program Manager on the SecureFlow team,



you will develop a deep understanding of the functional flows of the transportation space and own the program to launch and expand ML and AI based risk checks that mitigate financial risk. You will:
Own the program to launch new risk checks and expand coverage of existing checks across transportation flows, business lines, and regions, working hand-in-hand with the internal TFS engineering team to translate risk requirements into delivered capabilities.
Drive intake, prioritization, and roadmap for the SecureFlow risk-check pipeline, balancing competing priorities across a broad set of stakeholders.
Partner with Product Management and the TFS Technology team on technical design, sequencing, and delivery, and work closely with Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, Controllership, and Tax partners to identify risk and shape solutions.
Proactively identify delays and dependencies, create mitigation plans, and escalate as needed to keep launches and expansions on track.
