This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in the complete assembly of machines from components through final testing and quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble floor cleaning machines according to assembly drawings and work instructions.
- Install and connect mechanical, electrical, and battery components.
- Fit motors, gearboxes, brush systems, tanks, wheels, and accessories.
- Route and connect wiring harnesses and electrical systems.
- Conduct functional testing and quality checks on completed machines.
- Identify and rectify assembly defects and minor technical issues.
- Maintain assembly records and inspection checklists.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in assembly and testing processes.

Required Skills:
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and technical instructions.
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and DC systems.
- Positive mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- ITI (Electrician, Fitter, Mechanic, Turner or related trade)
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3-8 years of experience in machine assembly, equipment manufacturing, automotive assembly, generators, pumps, compressors, agricultural machinery, HVAC equipment, or similar industries.
