Gagangiri Group is expanding its sales team for our Kandivali residential project. We are looking for confident Telecallers who can engage prospects, generate genuine interest, and drive site visit appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads from the database
- Clearly communicate project highlights, pricing, floor plans, and offers
- Schedule and confirm site visits for the field sales team
- Follow up persistently with interested leads
- Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM daily
- Achieve call volume and site visit targets

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (real estate preferred)
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and Marathi
- Positive attitude, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills
