Job Description
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) to support the migration of IT asset management processes from SAP to ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze functional requirements for SAP-to-ServiceNow ITAM migration.
- Work as a bridge between SAP, ServiceNow teams, and business stakeholders.
- Define data/field mapping, user mapping, catalog migration, and integration requirements.
- Support migration strategy, including direct or hybrid approaches.
- Work primarily on ServiceNow HAM (80%) and SAM (20%).
- Support functional testing, UAT, and migration validation.

Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Strong ServiceNow HAM & SAM expertise.
- Valuable SAP and SAP-to-ServiceNow migration experience.
- Strong understanding of ITAM processes, data mapping, and integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Note: This is a functional BA role, not a ServiceNow developer role.
