Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and search platforms.
- Generate high-quality student leads for study abroad programs.
- Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, banners, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports.
- Improve website visibility through SEO and content marketing.
- Coordinate with counselors and telecallers to improve lead conversion.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO,



and analytics tools.
- Strong communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly lead targets.
- Experience in the education or study abroad industry is a plus.

Preferred Skills
- Canva, Photoshop, or graphic design basics.
- Video editing for reels and short-form content.
- Landing page creation and lead funnel optimization.

KPI / Success Metrics
- Number of qualified student leads generated.
- Cost per lead (CPL).
- Social media growth and engagement.
- Conversion rate from lead to counseling session.
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹21,098.82 per month
