PURCHASE MANAGER / PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years in Façade Procurement

Key Responsibilities:
1. Source aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, ACP, sealants and façade accessories.

2. Obtain competitive quotations from approved vendors.

3. Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.

4. Prepare purchase orders and track procurement activities.

5. Coordinate with project and production teams for material requirements.

6. Ensure timely delivery of materials to fabrication yard and project sites.

7. Develop and maintain supplier database and performance records.

8. Conduct vendor evaluations and audits.

9. Monitor inventory levels and prevent material shortages.

10. Coordinate logistics,



transportation and unloading arrangements.

11. Verify supplier invoices and delivery challans.

12. Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement planning.

13. Maintain procurement documentation and MIS reports.

14. Resolve supplier quality and delivery issues.

15. Ensure procurement complies with project budgets and timelines.

Preferred Industry Experience:
Façade, Aluminium, Glass, ACP, Architectural Metal, Construction Materials Procurement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
