Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Admin Intern to support our HR and administrative activities. The role involves maintaining records, employee coordination, HR documentation, and assisting with recruitment activities when required.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in HR or administration.
- Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, databases, and related trackers.
- Support onboarding,



employee coordination, engagement activities, and internal communications.
- Manage employee timesheets and ensure timely updates.
- Handle invoice tracking and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports, trackers, presentations, and other documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Provide support for ad hoc HR activities and initiatives if required.
- Must be comfortable working in the 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST hours.

Required Skills:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory.

Good to have
- Certifications in MS Office or related tools are a plus.
