Job Summary

Mauve Interio is looking for a hands-on Project Estimation & Execution Executive who can manage BOQ preparation, cost estimation, quotation, and on-site project execution for commercial and residential interior projects.

This is a hybrid role involving both office-based estimation and on-site execution management.

Key Responsibilities: Estimation & BOQ
- Prepare detailed BOQs covering civil, furniture, electrical, HVAC, and finishing works
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements
- Perform rate analysis and cost estimation
- Suggest cost-effective alternatives (value engineering)

Quotation & Documentation
- Prepare client quotations, proposals, and tender documents
- Develop multiple BOQ options based on project requirements
- Maintain material and vendor rate database

Project Execution
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and contractors
- Monitor site progress, quality, and timelines
- Ensure execution aligns with BOQ and design drawings
- Handle basic client coordination and reporting

Vendor & Cost Control




- Source vendors and obtain quotations
- Compare and finalize cost-effective solutions
- Track project costs vs budget

Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience in interior project estimation and execution
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and interior materials
- Experience in commercial office interior projects preferred
- Good understanding of site execution processes

Skills Required:
- Robust command over Microsoft Excel:
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary

₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
