Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US clients/customers for information verification, follow-ups, and confirmations.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to basic customer queries in a qualified manner.
- Collect, verify, and update customer or business information accurately in systems.
- Schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments as required.
- Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and reports.
- Follow predefined call scripts and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure task completion.
- Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation (neutral accent preferred).
- Strong listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
