Job Title: Technical Estimation & Sales Engineer:
- Location: Bengaluru:
- Shift Timings: 4 am to 12:30 pm (Apr to Oct) / 3 am to 11:30 am (Nov to Mar)

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote service contracts, spare parts, and new equipment sales
- Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial quotations to maximise deal conversion
- Manage sales activity through Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM—ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities
- Lead and manage tender submissions, ensuring compliance with both technical and commercial requirements
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure feasibility and efficiency in proposed solutions
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies




- Provide regular sales performance updates, forecasts, and insights to the leadership team

Role Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
- 8+ years of experience in technical sales within heavy industry sectors such as power, energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure
- Robust understanding of industrial systems (e.g., steam, mechanical equipment, plant operations)
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Ability to handle multiple leads, quotes, and projects with strong time management
