Job title: CRM Executive - Real Estate

Job Summary:Manage customer relationships and provide post-sales support throughout the customer lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-6 years of CRM experience in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and escalations.
- Coordinate documentation and possession activities.
- Maintain CRM databases and records.
- Support collections and customer communications.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
