We are seeking an efficient and proactive Operations Executive to join our plant/facility team in Sikandrabad and help drive our daily operational success as we scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Management: Monitor and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency and mínimal downtime.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with production, warehouse, dispatch, and accounts teams to maintain unified workflows.
- Logistics & Vendor Management: Follow up with vendors, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth operations, timely material dispatch, and final delivery.
- Inventory & Stock Tracking: Handle inventory coordination, track material movement, and manage stock levels accurately.
- Documentation & MIS Reporting:



Maintain comprehensive operational records and documentation. Prepare regular MIS reports and operational updates for management.
- Process Improvement: Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and cost-control activities to optimize resource utilization.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to company safety policies and quality standards across all handled operations.
- Problem Solving: Actively troubleshoot and resolve daily operational issues on a priority basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or supply chain management (experience in a _manufacturing facility, chemical plant, or recycling unit_ is required).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field, MBA is plus
