We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage digital campaigns, improve online visibility, and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads & Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI
- Create ad copies and campaign strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and conversions
SEO & AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Improve website ranking and organic traffic
- Perform keyword research and technical SEO
- Optimize content for AI-based search platforms
- Monitor website performance and indexing
LinkedIn & Social Media Management
- Manage the company's LinkedIn page
- Create and schedule B2B content
- Run sponsored campaigns
- Increase audience engagement and brand visibility
Analytics & Reporting
- Manage Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking
- Track lead sources and campaign performance
- Prepare regular reports and insights
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn Marketing, and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted marketing
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Exposure to international markets is an advantage
