Job Purpose

Business Sales Manager shall be responsible for generating regular monthly sales revenue for Maverick Corporation products within the assigned territory through active B2B sales, customer acquisition, dealer development, project sales, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Generation
- Generate consistent monthly sales revenue in line with targets assigned by the Company.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across schools, colleges, sports academies, builders, architects, landscape contractors, government departments, sports infrastructure companies, clubs, and institutional customers.
- Promote and sell Maverick Corporation's complete product range.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure continuous order generation.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through effective follow-up and customer engagement.

Customer Acquisition
- Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
- Generate current leads through field visits, networking, references, exhibitions, digital enquiries,



and market intelligence.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

Dealer & Channel Development
- Appoint and develop dealers, distributors, contractors, and channel partners within the assigned territory.
- Support channel partners in generating business and achieving sales targets.
- Conduct product training and promotional activities for channel partners.

Project Sales
- Track upcoming projects and tenders related to sports infrastructure, landscaping, schools, government facilities, commercial projects, and residential developments.
- Work closely with consultants, architects, and project management companies to secure project specifications for Maverick products.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical support, and project execution.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, new product launches, and market trends.
