JOB TITLE: CIVIL ENGINEER (BOQ MAKER)

Note:Location -Current Delhi (In Mumbai for 2-3 months)

Qualification: B.Tech./B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution approved by AICTE/UGC.

Experience: 3-4 years in building maintenance, facility management, BOQ preparation, estimation & costing, renovation works, contractor supervision and bill verification.

Salary Range:25000-35000/
- Role Overview:
Oversee maintenance, renovation, repair, facility management, contractor supervision, BOQ preparation, estimation, vendor coordination, and project execution for IPA office premises and guest house facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Civil Maintenance & Facility Management: Oversee maintenance of office premises, guest house facilities, plumbing, drainage systems and associated infrastructure.

2. Estimation & BOQ: Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical specifications, scope of work documents and quantity assessments.

3. Contractor Management: Verify contractor bills,



measurements and work completion reports; supervise project execution.

4. Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and service providers to ensure timely completion of works.

5. Procurement & Documentation: Support tendering, procurement activities, project documentation and reporting.

6. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards and preventive maintenance requirements.

Skills & Competencies

1.Strong expertise in BOQ preparation, estimation and rate analysis.

2.Knowledge of CPWD specifications and engineering maintenance practices.

3.Contractor supervision and vendor management skills.

4.Strong planning, organizational and communication abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
