Profile: Outbound Sales - Insurance
Salary: 20,000 -35,000

Location: Janakpuri East

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and sell company products or services.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationships.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services whenever applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Should have experience in insurance
- Minimum 6months of experience in Insurance Sales, or Insurance Process in a BPO
