Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Supervise and guide store staff to maximize productivity.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
Maintain billing, sales records, and operational reports.
Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Required Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.




Team management and leadership experience.
Customer service orientation.
Inventory and stock management knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
2-3 years of experience in retail sales, store management, or customerfacing role

Pay: ₹12,068.26 - ₹41,701.82 per month
