Quality Manager - Food ManufacturingAbout the Role

We are looking for a Quality Manager who is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Manage internal, customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
- Investigate quality deviations and customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
- Monitor product quality, process controls, and food safety parameters.
- Develop, review, and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, specifications, and records.
- Lead and mentor the Quality and Laboratory teams.
- Partner with Production, Procurement, and R&D; teams to improve product quality and operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve consistency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, or related certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the Food Manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience handling audits, food safety systems, compliance, and team management.
