Choice Flowers L.L.C. is a leading floral company operating across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, with a flagship showroom in Khalidiya and retail outlets in Mushrif Mall, Al Forsan Mall, and Yas Mall. We operate across three business verticals — E-Commerce (our fastest-growing and highest-priority channel), Retail, and Corporate — serving online buyers, walk-in customers, and business clients across the UAE. Our back-office operations are managed from our CPA office in Thrissur, Kerala. We are seeking a agile, e-commerce-first Digital Marketing Manager to drive aggressive online revenue growth while building a premium brand across all three verticals.

Role Overview

As Digital Marketing Manager, your primary mandate is to scale our E-Commerce division into the dominant online floral brand in the UAE. You will own the full digital revenue engine — from traffic acquisition and conversion optimisation to customer retention and lifetime value growth. Alongside this core focus, you will also drive marketing for our Retail outlets and Corporate division.



You will combine deep expertise in e-commerce marketing, SEO, paid advertising, social media, and AI-driven automation with exceptional brand copywriting skills to build a distinctive, premium online presence for Choice Flowers. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Full ownership of the Choice Flowers e-commerce revenue — traffic, conversion, average order value, repeat purchase rate, and online revenue targets.
- Optimise every step of the online customer journey — from first click to checkout to repeat order. Own conversion rate optimisation through A/B testing, UX improvements, checkout flow analysis, and cart abandonment recovery.
- Direct the product catalogue presentation — compelling product photography, persuasive product descriptions, upsell/cross-sell strategies, bundling, and seasonal collections.
- Manage marketplace
