Job Summary:Ensuring operation of Water Treatment Breakdown support of Water Treatment Plan, Reverse Osmosis

Position: WTP & RO Operator

Responsibilities and Duties
- Arrange trained operators at site with sound knowledge of WTP operation.

Operators wear uniform and maintain basic hygiene levels.

Maintain, order & track the chemical consumables required for day-to-day plant operation

Maintain the logbooks as per OEM recommendation

Ensure all operation & maintenance is carried out as per the OEM recommendation

Ensure rectify minor leaks from valves, joints, and other associated pipelines

Check and maintain the water levels required in the storage tanks

Assist in deep cleaning / tank cleaning/ plant room cleaning activities to HK team

Monitor and maintain critical parameters of pumps & system such as voltage, current etc

Co-ordinate with the site team to arrange tankers if the water level is less

Maintain & monitor water parameters like hardness, TDS, pH, turbidity,



chlorine etc. Adjust the chemical dosing as per the input water quality.

Inspect pumps, motors, valves, filters etc. Clean the filters on a weekly basis and replace them as per the requirement.

Lubricate the moving parts & take up replacement of meters & instruments if required with the client

Conduct backwash, remove sludge & deposits, disinfect the tanks and surrounding area.

Maintain critical spares required for day-to-day plant operation

Maintain records of plant operation with timings, qty of water generated, temporary bypass arrangement, chemicals required etc.

Check, note & monitor the UV lamp hrs and recommend replacement as per the lamp life

Qualifications and Skills
- 10th Pass
- ITI
- Diploma
- No Engineering

Note:Food, Transport and Stay to be taken care by the Employee

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
