Job Title: Project ManagerExperience:5-6 YearsLocation:Ahmedabad (Work From Office)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end project delivery for SaaS or product-based solutions. The role requires strong project planning, execution, and customer interaction skills, along with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and work with international customers.

This is a customer-facing role where the Project Manager will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth implementation, timely delivery, onboarding support, and effective handling of customer queries and escalations.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation and delivery
- Conduct project kick-off meetings, requirement discussions, status calls, and review meetings
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and Customer Success teams
- Handle customer queries and escalations and ensure timely resolution through internal teams




- Support customer onboarding and post-go-live stabilization
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines and share regular status updates
- Maintain project documentation including project plans, trackers, MOMs, and change logs
- Work closely with international customers and manage communication across time zones

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-6 years of experience as a Project Manager in SaaS, IT, or product-based companies
- Solid customer-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Experience working with international clients
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery models
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- B.E./B.Tech or MBA/PGDM in a relevant discipline. Project Mana
