Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Understand patient requirements and lifestyle needs related to hearing difficulties
- Guide patients regarding suitable hearing aid products and accessories
- Explain hearing aid features, benefits, pricing, and usage in a simple manner
- Coordinate with audiologists and clinic staff for smooth patient handling
- Assist patients during hearing aid trials and follow-ups
- Maintain patient records and product-related documentation
- Support after-sales service coordination and patient satisfaction activities
- Stay updated about current hearing aid technologies and products

Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification
- B.Sc.
- BCA
- B.Tech
- B.Com

Freshers are welcome.

Desired Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn healthcare and hearing aid technology




- Positive attitude and patient-handling ability
- Ability to explain products confidently
