We are looking for a high-energy, creative, and data-driven Social Media & Creative Growth Manager to lead the digital presence of our clothing brand. You will be the architect of our online identity, responsible for everything from high-level brand strategy and viral content creation to driving foot traffic for our offline store in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice that resonates with parents and gift-shoppers.
- Monitor community engagement, responding to comments/DMs to build a loyal customer base.
2. Content Creation & Viral Growth
- Conceptualize, script, and direct viral-style Reels/Shorts that showcase our products in relatable, funny, or high-aesthetic ways.
- Stay ahead of trending audios, transitions, and formats to ensure the brand stays relevant.
- Collaborate with influencers for barter and paid collaborations to expand brand reach.
3. Launch Shoots & Visual Direction
- Lead the creative direction for current collection launches, including mood boarding, location scouting, and coordinating with photographers/models.
- Ensure all visual assets (stills and videos) align with our premium yet playful brand aesthetic.
4. Performance Marketing Support
- Design and iterate on Ad Creatives (static images and videos) specifically optimized for Meta Ads to drive high conversion rates.
- Analyze ad performance data to understand which creative hooks are working and pivot strategy accordingly.
5. Offline Store Integration (Chennai)
- Develop creative "Store-to-Social" ideas to drive foot traffic to our Chennai physical outlet.
- Design exclusive in-store sales events, "Instagrammable" corners, and weekend activations to bridge the gap between our online community and offline presence.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in Social Media Management or C
