Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality reels, short videos, and behind-the-scenes content related to:
- Farming activities
- Agro products
- Machinery demonstrations
- Farmer testimonials
- Crop updates
- Company events
- Plan and execute creative reel concepts aligned with brand goals
- Handle camera, mobile shooting setups, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment
- Capture cinematic and engaging agricultural visuals
- Coordinate with marketing and social media teams for content requirements
- Travel to farms, dealer locations, and rural areas for shoots
- Ensure timely delivery of raw footage and edited reels (if applicable)
- Stay updated with trending reel formats and social media trends

Required Skills:
- Strong reel shooting and mobile videography skills
- Knowledge of framing, lighting, transitions, and storytelling




- Experience with Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts content
- Basic understanding of agriculture/agro industry preferred
- Ability to work outdoors and travel frequently
- Creative mindset with attention to detail

Software/Tools (preferred)
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
- Final Cut Pro
- VN / InShot
- DSLR/Mirrorless Cameras
- Drone handling (optional advantage)

Experience
- 1-3 years in videography/reel creation
- Freshers with strong portfolio may also apply
- Passion for content creation
- Comfortable working in rural/agricultural environments
- Good communication skills
- Rapid execution and trend awareness

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
