Job Summary

The Education Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students and parents in selecting appropriate academic programs based on their interests, career goals, and academic background. The role involves handling inquiries, driving admissions, providing career guidance, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities1. Student Counselling
- Provide academic and career counselling to prospective students and parents.
- Understand students’ interests, strengths, and career goals.
- Recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Address queries regarding curriculum, eligibility, fees, and career prospects.

2. Admissions & Conversions
- Handle walk-ins, calls, website inquiries, and leads.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.
- Meet monthly/quarterly admission targets.

3. Relationship Management
- Build robust relationships with students and parents.




- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and school visits (if required).

4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain updated database and MIS reports.
- Track student progress post-admission.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in education counselling/admissions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
